Quotations and availability

Website prices, stock and quotations are indicative until confirmed by Metro Computer. Refurbished product availability can change without notice.

Inspection and repair

A diagnosis or visit charge may apply and will be communicated before service. Repair cost and completion time depend on inspection, parts availability and customer approval.

Warranty

The applicable warranty period and coverage will be stated on the invoice or written quotation. Physical damage, liquid damage, misuse and unauthorized repair are excluded unless stated otherwise.

Returns and cancellations

Any return, replacement or cancellation is subject to the condition of the product, invoice terms and applicable law. Contact us promptly before returning a product.
